I KNOW he was not.  
He was also right about the kids; actually, the whole issue was about their safety. 
It was the "sheesh" thing that got me going.  In the subject case, it was unwarranted; and generally, I am not used to that.

I don't think Bill Polhemus was trying to be malicious in his answer.  It was more in the vein of "kids will be kids" and they will do the unexpected almost anytime.  I know my 4 grandkids do the unexpected all the time.  Watching them has made me a better engineer.

Regarding your two posts on the subject.  You should know better than this. 
This is exactly why we ask questions and do what we do for living. 
 
Now, if you have some knowledge regarding this so obviously "sheesh-esh" issue - why don't you just share it?  That was the purpose of my original post.
