They couldn't provide a link without using Flash, and requiring popups?  Sorry, the web developer should be shot.

 
Not only that, but if you ARE brave enough to try to go through it, it's so confusing with all the "popups" and feedback that I finally gave up. It's actually a web application that, IMO, no one has thoroughly debugged yet.
 
I agree with Jordan's assessment: Kill the webmaster.
