Great point about the real estate business. Amazing how their rates
always come in at about 5%-7% (though some do give "discounts").

Yet we can't establish standard rates?


(Yeah, you might offend someone here--maybe a guy whose wife is a real
estate broker. Isn't it amazing how nearly every real estate agent you
meet is a middle-aged woman whose kids are in high school or college or
otherwise gone, and who decided they wanted to do something with the
time on their hands?)
