True, and I practice a Tad in Texas.

But here in Yellow Dog Democrat Oklahoma we ain't gonna get any tort reform.
In fact, our Senate leaders are inviting firms to file lawsuits here on the
prairie.

Hmm,  maybe I should open up in Texas next?.

This not only stays with the individual engineer, there have been many
cases argued that extend this to the "Engineers Estate" making the
liability cover future generations.
