AISI and the Steel Plate Fabricators Association used to publish a design guide called "Useful Information on the Design of Steel Bins and Silos" which is helpful for determing side pressure loads, depending on what you are storing. Side pressure can be very significant due to arching of the stored product. I don't believe they provided any information on corrugated plate. The profile of the sheet might effect the bin pressures because of the effect on side friction, so I hesitate to tell you to rely design guides meant for smooth walls. Also, for resistance to high wind or earthquake load, corrugated pipe would not be my first choice due to flexibility in the longitudinal direction, which could lead to a buckling failure.
