This sounds like a reference to a schedule somewhere on the original
design/construction drawings?  Where is he reading that it is an H-21
slab?

I have a manufacturing machine being installed in Argentina.  The client
says his floor slab is a H-21 slab.  Anyone know what a H-21 slab is? I
haven't been able to find anything im liturature or on the internet.
