Ahem, what era are you living in?  :)   Airplanes that used to cost something like a reasonable car now cost more like a Rolls Royce, or two.  Their owners usually prefer not to have gravel floors in their hangers.  They prefer to be able to see what they're doing when they change their oil, etc.  They invariably keep a soda cooler (NOT an ice box) in the hanger and seldom are willing to "pee in the corner," nor are their wives.  (I realize you're kidding, aren't you?)
