Re: wind lines and jurisdictions

Christopher,

A quick review of ASCE 7-98 (and ASCE 7-93) did not reveal anything a long
those lines.  I don't think I would have missed it, but I did not spend
tons of time looking.

I can't comment on Kishor's Guide as I don't have it.
