Yes, there are horizontal cells at 16” spacing.  Rastra is still around; they use a fair amount around here, although I haven’t been directly exposed to it yet.  This particular architect was considering it at one point but went with this other product.  I believe Rastra has their own testing ICC or Legacy, I believe.

Are the cells both vertical and horizontal...........old product called Rastra..........

those were designed like a frame.  With a node at each  vertical and horizontal joint.
