RE: This is a OpenSTAAD question to open an exising file

I have had excellent help from RAM also. I have had a problem with RAM
crashing on me when I close a help file. We have another installation with
the same computer and same versions of the same operating system. The other
computer works fine. When I told RAM that little piece of information; I
was certain that I would hear the familiar response that it was not their
program that was at fault. To my surprise, they have spent a lot of time
trying to resolve the problem for me. So far they have not been successful
but they are still trying. I have NEVER had that type of response from any
other software provider.

Just a single datapoint, but we have received excellent support from
RAM on technical problems/questions.
