Why not use equilibrium equations? It is probably the easiest and most straightforward way.

Subject: Combined footing

I have a 2 column each one carry vertical load and bending moment due to crane in 2 directions ( x-y). i have to make 1 combined footing for the 2 columns , but the  qustion is how to get the resultant for the forces and the moments . is there any equation to transfere the moment from point to point without applying in the basic equlbirum equations.
