IBC2000 Seismic System Height Limits

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
I am curious, how are you guys in high seismic areas getting around the system height limits in table 1617.6? For instance, the 160ft/240ft limit on special reinforced concrete shear walls. I know there has to be buildings going up made of concrete shear walls that are taller than 240 ft in seismic areas.
