Page 10-175 in the 3rd Edition LRFD Manual has the AISC recommendations. For A36, A572, A529 or A588 product in thickness equal to or less than 1-in., the minimum inside radius is 1.5 times the thickness when the bend lines are perpendicular to the direction of rolling. If your bend lines are parallel to the direction of rolling, the minimum inside radius is 2.25 times the thickness (50 percent higher).
