Try page 1-107 for Theoretical weights of floor plates and page 2-145 for Floor Plate Bending Capacity in psf in the 9th edition (ASD) of the AISC Manual of Steel Construction.  There is probably a similar table in the LFRD manual but I'm an O.F. so I'm more familiar with the ASD version.
