No. If you're able to get analysis AND CFS design features in one
package, rotsa' ruck.

However, if you're willing to spend under $2,000, then IES' Visual
Analysis Advanced + Visual Design will have the features you're looking
for.

(N.B. if you're looking only for analysis without the benefits of
computer-aided design, you MIGHT be able to find something bare-bones
that will give you the numbers you're looking for at your price-point.

(I for one would be interested to know what you come up with).
