if you have the following publications, you could solve your problem very easily.
please look for  books on
1. " Dynamics in Civil Engineering: bY: V. Kolousek, Akademia, Pragu/Butterworth, London 1973 
2. Dynamik van Baukonstruktion, Udssr Ministerium fur Baubetriebe der Schwerindustrie Zentrale wissenschaftliches Forschungsinstitut fur Industriebauten ZNIPS, Berlin By: B.G. Korenew, 1953
(The second book is a German translation of Russian publication)
