Re: Opinion on a structural dynamics book

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
As others have said, dynamics book applicability depends on the dynamics you are investigating.

For blast dynamics I would suggest, John Biggs, "Introduction to Structural Dynamics". I have to borrow a copy from my colleagues. It is an expensive book. Mine disappeared some years ago, and I have seen prices from $200 to $2,000 for that book. So I will continue borrowing it.

Thanks. I ordered a 1974 edition. The older the edition, the cheaper it is. 1990 edition sells at about $190.

Try and find them second-hand from Bibliofind. The prices are great.
