I did. You still seem to be saying that if there is "any" chance that

FWIW, that IS a typically liberal screed, Chris, so maybe that colors my
perception of what you're saying. You know: "If just one child can be
saved, we should/should not..."

A rather obtuse statement, since "one child" could have been saved by
never entering World War II. Question is, "which child?"
