I haven't used it myself ,but the following article ( http://www.jaee.gr.jp/journal/submit-j/v04n03/data/frame/10-1.html ) from Journal of Japan Association for Earthquake Engineering, has some info on ISO 3010.

We have a client who is looking for an "ISO Seismic Zone" for some residential structures he plans to build.  Are "ISO Seismic Zones" the same as '97 UBC Seismic Zones?
