Do you need that specific booklet or would some newer material help. For
example, "Design of Single Story Rigid Frames" by Lee, Ketter, & Hsu 1981,
which material on tapered beams and tapered columns; Blodgett's book on
welding (1960's) which also has material on tapered beams; or Welding
Research Council.

I also have the AISC booklet but I'm not sure where.

There is a library that gets mentioned a lot on this list which might have
some of this material as well. The names eludes me at the moment but
somebody should be able to come up with the name. University of Michigan
has a good collection of journal articles that they reproduce for a fee.

Goodluck, JVH
