These conditions just passed structural inspection today. The client is wondering why I’m making such a big deal about it.

Hmmmm...I say bonus points for the accurate layout of that W18 shape in the plywood - is there an F+ in your grading scale? Perhaps the framer used to hang gyp board? ;-)
