Ultimately, everyone gets what
I am pretty sure there will be
victory. Otherwise, there is no point in any civilized activity.
The question is - what is
it gonna take? May be, leaders with guts who can say "The buck stops here" and act like

There'll never be victory over terrism. Two hundred years
ago it was piracy terrorism that Charles Pinckney was talking about when he
stated, "Millions for defense, but not one cent for tribute." Two
hundred years from now, it will still be going on, as will bank robbery.

Good point Acie. But supposedly we are not in conflict with the
people or governments of Afghanistan or Iraq either.
think the proper term would be VT day.
I'm sure we're all expectantly waiting for the day that our military
leaders gather in a historic surrender conference in the corner of some cave
in the mountains of Pakistan.
We are not in conflict with the
Middle East, only Afghanistan and Iraqi. Hopefully there will not be
a victory but a peaceful coexistence.
That's for sure!
wonder if we'll ever celebrate a "VME" day?

Congratulations to everybody
with the WWII VE Day.
We cannot afford to forget.
