The radius of the wall surface is about 3', so the physical length is ... about 4'-9", but the effective length in any 1 direction can only be about the radius, ie 3'.  The distribution of procted effect is a cosh distribution that actually diminishes even faster ...
So it's a problem ... :^)  I thought hardy frame, but those are straight.

I assume the 3' is wall length.........Radius to wall between 10-25'.
Design a steel braced frame build along the curve or use cantilevered columns.  Assuming you can drag loads to frame or cols.
