Sorry...too much time on /. (aka slashdot.org) I suppose...

IANAL - I am not a lawyer, a common disclaimer used when dispensing legal advice in public forums, especially when the advice is written in such a way that a lay person may believe that the advice has legal research behind it. Which, of course, it almost never does. The opposite is IAAL, which, oddly enough, stands for I Am Billing At Least Three Clients For This Time. Go figure.
