If a beam, for example 7.5" wide needs to have 2.5" diameter sleeves 
cast within the middle third, top to bottom,  is the entire "b" width 
value decreased by that 2.5" for inertia and moment capacity 
calculations? Does the spacing of the sleeves come into play, for 
example on 6" centers versus 12" centers. Thanks so much for any insight.
