Actually it was a rhetorical question, but you're right on about what drove the meeting. I daresay we've all been through plenty of those. There's an account of the meeting before the Challenger launch <> that sounds like an echo of plenty of meetings I've attended.

As I say, it's a rhetorical question, but I bet the discussion occurred.
