If you look at their “supported systems” link at the top of the page you should be able to go directly to the version you would need. The online or offline distinction is only a decision point for whether you want to download a copy of the file to your desktop and then install (offline) or do it directly without temporarily saving the file to your desktop (online).

I checked your link.  I understand that I would download the Java JRE 5.0 Update (yes/no?).  But, then which platform?  The windows online or offline for the 32-bit windows platform.

Subject: Seismic loading CD

A few weeks ago someone ask some questions regarding software for determining seismic coeficients for the IBC.  I had a CD that contained this at one time, but I can no longer find it.  I believe it came with the code book.  Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase a new one?  Or if the software is available for download.  I can’t seem to find it by google.
