OSHA Subpart R, 1926.756(a), Beams and Columns is generally perceived as precluding tilting columns.

I've been told that erectors are not allowed by OSHA to tilt columns to
facilitate erection, but no one can tell me where that appears in writing
can anyone fill me in?
