RE: Repeat Designs

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
If the designs will be founded on different soils, a fee for analyzing
each design relative to the soils would be appropriate.

Other thoughts:
Seperate building permits?
Structural observation for each?
Construction admin. for each?
Talk with you insurer.

Best of luck.

Subject: RE: Repeat Designs

We have been asked to design a facility that will be repeated 5 more
times. The owner has asked for a fee to do the original design and
include costs for using the design for the other 5 facilities. Any
thoughts on what our cost should be for re-using the design?

Thanks,

Gary Loomis
