I think minimum is 150mm. This is from an Indian book.  But that Author

refers to "Notes on ACI 318 (1989) with Design Applications, PCA,

Illinios, 1990. I don't have PCA notes.

That sounds like the "minimum thickness of a wall" in general, defined in
ACI 318 14.5. Actually, if you design the wall as a "compression member"
under ACI 318, there are no limits.
