Subject: Wind Load on Solar Panels w/ Supports ASCE 07-05

Do I just take a cos of (18 degree)  = 0.951 to get the uplift or am I totally on the wrong track?

Wind Pressures are always considered NORMAL to the surface affected, so you don’t have to “take the cosine.” However, of course you will likely do this when computing the force on the supports.
