Our firm has several levels of "experience" with regard to clients, each
more "critical" than the one before.

The lowest is "experienced owner/property manager." The next-to-last is
"private owner with no experience with engineering projects."

Last of all--dead last--is "Condo association."

Instead of having one Owner to deal with, you have many, many Owners.
