Is it just me or does the referenced article below only have the odd numbered pages?  It looks like the original was double sided and was possibly scanned single sided??

Lean-on Bracing Systems

Can anyone recommend a reference for the design of lean-on bracing systems for steel beams.  Yura's article "Fundamentals of Beam Bracing" doesn't address the subject but references Yura, Phillips, Raju, and Webb (1992), "Bracing of Steel Beams in Bridges," Report No. 1239-4F, Center for Transportation Research, University of Texas at Austin, October, 80p.  Does anyone have this reference?  Are the guidelines of this research report summarized in any other publication?
