Some more errors in the Manual (13th edition)

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
See page 3-39

On this page, for 23 feet span, all valuues of Maximum
Total Uniform Loads for W36x330, W36x302, W36x282,
W36x262, W36x247, W36x231 appear incorrect.

I think, the values presently printed in the blue
column should have been printed in the green column.

There has been a horizontal shift.
Reading left to right :
As against presently printed values 2020, 1220,1840,
1110,1670,1030, 1550,955, 1430, 894, 1340, 836

The correct values respectively, (and presumably) are:
1220, 1840, 1110,1670,1030, 1550,955, 1430, 894, 1340,
836, and ???

The first value (2020) in the green column has been
wrongly duplicated from the blue column for W36x361
on the previous page 3-38

The last value in the blue column on page 3-39 may
please be indicated to us so that we mark up our
printed copy of the manual.

I am still looking for more of these typos.
I will keep everyone informed.
