As suggested publications by Rajendran. Also if you have access to the
following publications. Please look at these:

Several papers published in the ICE proceedings( Buildings &
Structures) beginning 1993
a book by M.Y. H. Bangash CRC press, Boca Raton, FL.
a book " Dynamics of Structures" by: J.M. Biggs, McGraww Hill.

Please buy the following publications:
1. Design of Blast Resistant Buildings in Petrochemical Facilities,
2. Structural Design for Physical Security, ASCE

Also, you may want to attend a Seminar, organized by ASCE, on the
subject. You can obtain information on the publications and the seminar
from ASCE web site.

cantilevered reinforced concrete wall to resist blast loading. The
wall is essentially a screen between a building and the source of
blast. Are there design criteria (i) to estimate the blast pressures
on the wall and (ii) to design the wall for the blast load?
