Wow…  How much for licensed engineers with +10 yrs…?  just curious.

I am a consultant to several cities in CA (Los Angeles area) and we are finding it hard to find competent people even though we are offering more than $90,000 for unlicensed civil engineers who have 5-10 yrs.experience.  A good part of it is high housing costs.
