This is for Civil Engineers who know about streets, storm drains, sewers, etc.

For a registered civil working under the City Engineer, the rate is about $110k

For a City Engineer, the going rate is about $120-140k depending on the size of the city. There are over 90 cities in the area of Los Angeles.
