Sorry, but I may have just answered my own question.  I found ICC reports (5280 and 5053) that deal with this.

I'm not aware of, but are there any horizontal diaphragm shear values for plywood diaphragms using screws?  I was just looking at a project where the "designer" has called out a diaphragm using screws instead of nails.  I don't want to correct him if it is OK and I just haven't seen the values.
