[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
DIN 6914 is a spec for "Hexagon bolts with large widths across flats for high tensile structural bolting". Material properties are heat-treated steel with plain or hot-dipped galvanized finish (sometimes zinc-plated). Steel grade is 10.9, i.e. tensile strength fu = 1000 MPa (145 ksi) and yield strength fy = .9x1000 = 900 MPa (130.5 ksi).
