I can see it being referenced.  But does anyone rely on it for design direction to the contractor?

We reference the soils report in our general notes and its often contained in its entirety

in the project specs.

I have an architect who wants the geotech report text to be part of the contract documents for construction.  I can see it for the bore logs and tests.  Your thoughts?
