California has made minimal changes to IBC and the other referenced documents, except for schools and hospitals. None of the ASCE errata are incorporated to the documents, but errata are automatically adopted through local adoption process.

On a side note, if you practice in southern California, the Los Angels Regional Uniform Code Program is currently looking at the existing structural amendments to the UBC and evaluating them with respect to 2006 IBC. In addition there is an opportunity to correct some of the substantive issues with IBC and material references.
