Disastrous Interview

I've been having similar experiences myself and starting to see why I do everything myself.  Here in Canada except for the obvious ones who want to learn and research, the mantra is, "Don't let them feel the pain of failure".

A young pup met me today.
He was a fresh Civil engineering graduate from a local Engineering college.
First Class to boot.
Claimed to know Autocad well.
I interviewed him for a an entry level position.  ..........
