I agree. Won't find it off-the-shelf.
3 ga is ~ 1/4", so I've had the fabs do it from 3/16"- 1/4" PL, welded. If there's any other steel on the project that's the cheapest, easiest, and most timely way to do it.

I would think it’ll be difficult to find stuff “off-the-shelf” for custom work, especially heavy timber trusses… Ask the local steel fabricators…

I am looking for a supplier/fabricator of steel gusset plates/connectors for custom heavy timber trusses. I see that Simpson provides this service for custom cut 3ga steel up to 48”x48” max dimensions but I’m checking around to see what is available off the shelf.
