It’s small.  Maybe 1800sf with a parking lot.  I think he was trying to get someone local so they could handle the civil.  Still interested?

I have a client looking for a civil/structural engineer for a project in Indianapolis, Indiana.  It’s a very small office with a parking lot.  I’m just looking to get them in contact with someone, we will not be involved.
