Current version of WoodWorks uses the 2005 NDS for Sizer.  It uses the 2003 IBC for the shearwalls or the 2005 AF&PA AWC SDPWS 2005 (Special Design Provisions for Wind and Seismic).

Depends on what you mean.

If you need just a general analysis-and-design solution, Visual Analysis 6.0 has all the latest codes 'built in.'

Otherwise, you may need to look at the latest version of WoodWorks Design Office when it comes out (I think they're still stuck on 2001).
