Established users get first priority and I myself told staff to hold new purchase and upgrade orders. I am sorry that you were upset at the wait. We are trying to get the user base who has been waiting a couple of years supplied with their software as priority. If you have an issue with anything just contact me directly.

We have submitted payment, after getting the run around trying to get status on the order, we were e-mailed letting us know that we have to wait 5 days for an e-mail with the activation code.
