Strawbale ( use to be RE: Flagstaff, AZ)

What are the current structural engineering practices for Strawbale.  In
the past we have used the Post and Beam system.  We have also used the
double wall system with strawbale in the middle.  I know that Tipping
Mar Assoc in the bay area has been involved with the testing of
strawbale as a structural element.  

What are the current practices now with these type of structures?
