Thanks for the reply.

Process is "OUTLOOK.EXE" and when I am in browser mode the process is
"iexplorer.exe".

Outlook typically takes 70%+/- just sitting there and Iexplorer takes about
40%+/- when handling something.

I wondered about a virus but Norton scans don't seem to find any ...?

What does the task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) say about the process that
uses most of the CPU capacity? Please give the process name to
diagnose whether it's a virus or not. Probably it is.
