I think I'd go to ACI 350 "Environmental Structures." I like what they've done to it, even more than what Chrysler did to Ricardo Montalban's Cordoba.

It has the "look and feel" of ACI 318 rather than soft Corinthian leather, and has plenty of stuff in there about joint sealing, etc., that you'll find handy.
