I hear you. Aside from the fact that there are doubtless hundreds of
Saskatchewan engineers - this time I'm not joking; it's not a very populace
province, I think - the great majority of whom are conscientious in every
way, it doesn't sound like these were decisions made by the engineer to
begin with.

Aside from Mr. Kratsze's abject fear of any engineer from outside of the
U.S., I think we can agree that we North American engineers are peers. But
snake oil-selling weasels are the same the world over.

Paul,

        I expect you are right.  I just didn't want the term "Saskatchewan 
Engineer" to be used in a degrading way, at least not on this list.
